Clear, transparent and honest communication and collaboration is key to be efficient and effective in our day-to-day business. Also honesty and openness is crucial to unite the team and build a great team spirit. To us, this means, that:

  • We can give candid feedback, anytime, anywhere to anyone with positive intent free from fear of reprisal.

  • We will respectfully challenge decisions when we disagree, even when doing so feels uncomfortable or exhausting; we do not stay silent in case we have concerns.

  • We create a transparent working environment and share important information transparently throughout the team. We will never hide any important information from others!

  • Once we agree on something, we commit & stick to it and give everything we have. We avoid questioning decisions again and again and rather inspect & adapt them as part of our continuous improvements.

  • We listen carefully and adapt our communication style so we can work effectively with different people.

  • We are able to talk about anything we want to but also dare to ask just any question.

  • We support each other in our day-to-day business when someone needs help, because we all know that we are stronger as a team, than as individuals.

  • We encourage everyone to feel and live our way of communication & collaboration. We also ensure, that any new-joiner feels comfortable right from day one on and no one is left alone.

  • Only travel when needed. Do your best to reduce your carbon footprint to a minimum during your profession.
